Terms and Policies

SHIPPING POLICY: All orders are shipped within 2-7 business days after payment. You can request a refund within 24 hours of payment. After 24 hours, you will only be eligible for a store credit. All delays will be communicated. In the event, delays are not communicated, you can request a refund, but only if we have not communicated after 7 business days.
BOOKING POLICY: All text based readings are sent within 1-5 business days. Only phone call readings and appointment based readings will be given at the time booked. You have 24 hours after booking a reading to cancel for a full refund. After that, only store credit will be given. Any delays or rescheduling will be communicated. You are eligible to reschedule up to two times. If we reschedule more than twice or delays are not communicated then you will be eligible for a refund under these terms only.
